What You Will Do

Get ready for a combination of food, culture and adventure! Meet your guide and begin your tour in the historic Bangrak, where you will taste some local food and drink. Then jump into a water taxi to enjoy a boat ride along the Chao Phraya River to Rattanakosin, where you will visit some of must-see temples. Along the way, you will be entertained with insider stories of Bangkok’s landmarks and enjoy delicious Thai lunch. After the tour, you will be happily full of tasty local food, culture and history! Your guide will return you back to the original meeting point. Please note: Long pants and short or long sleeve shirts are required for entry to the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha Temple. Tank tops are not allowed. Sandals are ok with something around the heel, but flip flops are not allowed. Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are never a bad idea for Bangkok weather!

Meeting Point

Meeting Point: Saphan Taksin BTS Station, Exit 2 (Bottom of the stairs) Taste and Temple Tours will meet at the BTS station "Saphan Taksin" -- at the bottom of the stairs of exit 2. For those not arriving by BTS, this is the exit closest to the main river pier, next to the park. When arriving by boat, follow the covered walkway towards the BTS station and you will find your guide waiting near the bottom of the stairs.
