After your exploration of Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, your next stop is Yangmingshan National Park. Because of its proximity to Taipei City, Yangmingshan National Park is often referred to as “the backyard of Taipei City’s residents.
Recognized as Taiwan’s third established national park, this site is renowned for its volcanic landscapes and abundant natural greenery. Across the seasons, the park undergoes remarkable changes as floral displays and plant life evolve, presenting visitors with a unique experience in each season. At the end of the tour, you have the option to be dropped off at one of three locations: Tamsui Old Street (around 17:45), offering various local foods and opportunities to pick up souvenirs; Shihlin Night Market (around 18:15), a renowned Taipei night market with a wide array of street foods and clothing shops; or MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station (around 18:30).
