You will be met & welcomed at the port by a GLOBES TRAVEL representative/guide who will take you for a private Colombo City tour embark on a fascinating journey through Colombos bustling streets, bargain markets, National Museum, Old Parliament, Independence Memorial Arcade & Independence Square, Beira Lake ,Cinnamon gardens ,Shopping at Laksala (state-owned Handicrafts emporium) Gem and Jewellery Shopping Lighthouse and Clock tower Jamiul Alfar Mosque BMICH, you will visit the harbor and fort areas of Colombo and also the Independence Square located just a few minutes away from the Old Parliament building. Later, you will visit Kelaniya Temple, Gall Face Green and Gangarama Temple, one of the most important Buddhist temples in Sri Lanka. After the Gangarama Temple, you will visit the harbor and fort areas of Colombo and also the Independence Square. Being a country where the economy relies heavily on the garment industry. At the end of your tour, you will be returned to the port.
