We will be walking down the oldest area in Bangalore where the city came to life in the 16th century. This place has several fascinating stories intertwined in its narrow streets and old buildings. Alongside looking at several points of interest that lend this place its rustic charm we will also: - Have coffee from a mobile van, where you get introduced to the area and the culture of people here. - We proceed to see and hear a fascinating story of an English Missionary who built the first church in this area, the oldest in this part of town. - This tour will take you to another old building which was a crucial location for the reserve police to disperse the mob during the Quit India movement in the 1940's. - Listen to the story of how Bangalore came to life at the very founding corner laid by the founder Kempegowda.
